According to Khanh Hoa Department of Tourism, the number of tourists to Khanh Hoa Province in May 2023 is estimated to reach 450,000, a year-on-year increase of 92.1%, including 150,000 international visitors, up by 19.5 times; 300,000 domestic visitors, up by 32.4%. The turnover from tourists is estimated to reach over VND1,805 billion, a year-on-year rise of 43.4%.

Since the beginning of the year, Khanh Hoa has welcomed over 1.6 million tourist arrivals, a year-on-year increase of 129.8%, including 512,000 international visitors, up by 17.3 times, and 1,088,000 domestic visitors, up by 63.3%. The turnover from tourists is estimated to reach over VND7,844 billion, a year-on-year rise of 107.4%.

Khanh Hoa tourism recovery is on track with a sharp increase in international tourists. South Korea has become the province’s leading tourist market, accounting for 50% of the total visitors. There are 10 flights/ day from South Korea to Cam Ranh. Besides, Khanh Hoa has welcomed the returning of Chinese tourists with 32 flights/ week from China to Cam Ranh.
