The 2nd Nha Trang Paragliding Festival 2023 cohosted by Hon En Tourism and Sports Co., Ltd. and Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports kicked off on June 17 morning. This was a responding activity of Nha Trang-Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023. Madan Mohan Sethi, Consul General of India in Ho Chi Minh City; leaders of the provincial departments and sectors; and military units in the city attended the event.

The festival attracts 150 pilots from 16 domestic paragliding federations and clubs, such as Ho Chi Minh City Paragliding Federation; clubs of Hanoi paragliding, Vietwings Hanoi, Vietwings Yen Bai, Nghe An, Saigon, Da Nang, Son Tra, An Giang, and VNAA.

The festival includes three main activities, which are flying motorized paragliders and offering tourists paragliding experience at the Thanh Nien Park (from 6:30am-9:30am and 3pm-5:30pm on June 17-25); XC non-motorized paragliding competition and accuracy landing non-motorized paragliding competition - Saigon Chill Beer Cup (at Hon En area, Dac Loc Hamlet, Vinh Phuong Commune, Nha Trang City on June 17-18).
