Japanese ambassador to Vietnam Yamada Takio visits Khanh Hoa

Nguyen Hai Ninh, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee welcomed Yamada Takio, Japanese Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Vietnam on June 22.

The Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee introduced the province’s socio-economic development and strategies. He expressed the hope that Japan would promote tourism, establish cooperation relation between Khanh Hoa and Japan, boost exchange in several sectors, open direct flights from Japan to Khanh Hoa and attract Japanese investors to Khanh Hoa.

On this occasion, Nguyen Hai Ninh invited Yamada Takio to attend Khanh  Hoa – Japan Investment Promotion Conference scheduled to take place this August.

Yamada Takio thanked for Khanh Hoa leader's warm reception and informed that Japanese investors and businesses are interested in a high-speed rail project scheduled to be implemented in Vietnam and some other sectors of Khanh Hoa’s potentials. The ambassador accepted the invitation to Khanh  Hoa – Japan Investment Promotion Conference and hoped the province would organize a mission to Japan in the coming time.
