Khanh Hoa to have one more airport

The Prime Minister has just approved the national airport system planning, period 2021 – 2030, vision till 2050.

Accordingly, there will be 30 airports, including 14 international and 16 domestic ones. Khanh Hoa Province has Cam Ranh International Airport.

The planning also mentions surveying and evaluating the possibility of building airports located in key positions in defense and security and with potential for tourism development. 12 airports, including one in Van Thang Commune, Van Ninh District, are in the list

The Prime Minister's decision also defines that priority will be given to investment in the construction and development of key international airports, including Cam Ranh International Airport.
