Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023 kicks off

Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2023 kicked off in Nha Trang City on June 3. 

Present at the event were Tran Luu Quang, Central Party Committee Member, Deputy Prime Minister; leaders of central ministries and agencies; Nguyen Hai Ninh, Central Party Committee Member, Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Khac Toan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People’s Council; Nguyen Tan Tuan, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; and Ha Quoc Tri, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa Province; members of the Provincial Standing Party Committee; generations of provincial leaders; leaders of cities, provinces together with residents and visitors.

The Sea Festival 2023 themed “Khanh Hoa - Aspiration for Development” taking place from June 3 to 6 has more than 70 cultural, artistic and musical activities and events featuring a safe and hospitable destination with significance of cultural tradition.

The opening ceremony was live broadcast on VTV1 with the performance of motorized paragliding, kites and hot air balloons brighting up the night sky together with spectacular light and music show.

The opening ceremony ended with a 15-minute art light show with performance of 1,653 drones featuring the destination of Khanh Hoa with Ponagar Temples, Dien Khanh Anceint Citadel, Tram Huong Tower, swiftlets , etc.
