V.League 1-2023 round 11: Khanh Hoa FC confident in playing Viettel

Khanh Hoa FC are going to play against Viettel in round 11 of V.League 1 Night Wolf 2023 at their home ground at 5pm on June 6. In term of competence, the away team are the superior team; however, with home advantage, Khanh Hoa FC are confident in getting points.

In V.League 1, Khanh Hoa FC hasn’t been a team which is highly rated. They don’t have a high level of competence; their play style are sometimes criticized.  However, Khanh Hoa FC are always tough opponents of many teams. In a recent match playing away on the stadium of Hanoi Police, Khanh Hoa FC displayed an excellent defensive tactic. Being pressed by the attacks from quality players of the home team such as Ho Tan Tai, Doan Van Hau, Van Do, and Gustavo Henrique, the defensive line of Khanh Hoa FC including goalkeeper Ngoc Cuong still managed to remain stable in a match with added time of 11 minutes. The attacking line of the away team also performed quite well in this match. A 0-0 draw with a strong team like Hanoi Police on Hang Day Stadium was regarded a success of Khanh Hoa FC. This is expected to be a driving force for Khanh Hoa FC when receiving Viettel in round 11.

In round 11, although Khanh Hoa FC have home advantage, there is a huge difference in level of competence between Khanh Hoa FC and Viettel. After defeating Song Lam Nghe An 3-0 in round 10, Viettel have got 14 points and moved closer to the group of top-flight teams. They aim for 3 points in the match with Khanh Hoa FC in round 11 despite playing away. That is not a difficult target for the away team who, in the last 5 rounds, had 2 wins, 2 draws and 1 loss. As for Khanh Hoa FC, they are ready and confident about the clash with Viettel thanks to home advantage and their performance against Hanoi Police in round 10.
