Mixed urban area project in Nha Trang City approved

Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee has just issued a decision approving the investment policy for the Nha Trang City Mixed Urban Area Project in Vinh Thai Commune and Phuoc Long Ward.

The bidding is going to be held to select an investor. The project's objective is to invest in the construction of a mixed urban area, including a technical infrastructure system; commercial housing; service and tourism accommodation facilities in the form of leasing, lease-purchase or sale. The project also invests in public works and services for residence and urban areas such as schools, commercial centers, cultural houses, museums, etc.

The project is expected to build about 4,200 commercial apartments and 1,500 social ones with an operation period of 50 years. The project implementation is scheduled to last for 6 years, from the fourth quarter of this year to the fourth quarter of 2030.
