Huynh Ngoc Lan born in 1960 and Nguyen Thi Hoa born in 1968 residing in To 19, Thanh Minh 3 Village, Dien Lac Commune, Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province, are a poor family. Unfortunately, successive misfortunes have come to them.

5 years ago, the husband, Lan, broke his neck bone after a traffic accident. His wife, Hoa, had to borrow money from many people to pay for his operation fee. Since then, his health has become worse with his left hand paralyzed and painful, so he cannot work any more.
Their son, Huynh Phi Ho, born in 1966, a 10th grader, had to quit his study to work to earn money. His younger brother named Huynh Phi Nhut born in 1999 is also in hospital with a tumor in the bladder.
One misfortune was followed by another. On the way to hospital to take care of the children, Hoa had a traffic accident and had trauma in the head. She is now in Khanh Hoa General Hospital.
In spite of bad health, Lan tried his best to take care of his wife and children. His family is in severe financial hardship.
