In 2012, the provincial Cultural Center organized a lot of cultural activities, exhibitions, propaganda and training. In 2013, the center will diversify events and promote socialization to improve quality and scale of activities.

On this occasion, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism granted certificate of merit to the provincial Unicorn and Lion Dance Club; the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism gave credits to 12 units and 57 individuals and the provincial Cultural Center commended and awarded to highly performing ones.
