2013 Spring Newspaper Festival of Khanh Hoa Province ended on February 21. The ending ceremony was participated by Deputy Secretary of the provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan.
The festival, co-organized by the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the provincial Department of Information and Communications and the provincial Library from February 6, gathered 672 spring newspapers.
