Khanh Hoa Provincial Library on April 23 opened Book and Reading Culture Festival 2013 themed “Books change life”.
The event comprises four activities, including introducing books, Writer Nguyen Gia Nung’s talk about Dr. Yersin, filming on Dr. Yersin and displaying books for free reading.

This is an annual event of the library aiming to raise the awareness of reading’s importance and encourage reading habit.
The festival will last will April 26.
