Hon Du is a mountain in Khanh Dong Commune and a part of Dien Xuan Commune, Dien Khanh District, Khanh Hoa Province. It was an army base where nerve-centre organs of the province were billeted in the two wars of resistance against France and America. From here, the revolutionary authorities made instructions and policies resulting in many wins in localities in the province and liberating Nha Trang.
