During the past 15 years since the Resolution of the 5th Party Central Committee (8th Tenure) on “Building and developing an advanced Vietnamese culture full of national identity” was delivered in 1998, members of Khanh Hoa Literature and Art Association have contributed an important part in culture and arts development in the province, improving the locals’ taste.
Each year, hundreds of works in different genres and fields have been published, set up or popularized. Many of them have won Central awards.
In Literature Branch, a large number of their articles have been put on newspapers and magazines and 300 works such as researches, novels, notes, memoirs, poems and translated stories have been published into books. Some of them got awards.

In Stage Branch, members of the association have written nearly 40 scripts for theater and movie, made researches on the stage and performed hundreds of shows in the province. Especially, they won many gold and silver medals in national professional stage festivals.
In Music Branch, the association has coordinated with departments, organizations and localities in the province to hold music composing contests and helped to set the stage for many programs in the province and other places. 100 music works have been created each year.
In Folk Arts Branch, 30 researches have been made. Some of them were published on newspapers or books.
In Fine Arts Branch, the members also have opened tens of exhibitions in the province and joined exhibitions of the region frequently.
In Photography Branch, hundreds of photos by the members have been put on media and many photos were displayed in national exhibitions or foreign countries like England, the US, France, Australia, China, Hong Kong and Macau.
With such good achievement, Khanh Hoa Literature and Art Association has appreciated as a strong artistic unit in the country by the Committee for National Union of Vietnam Literature and Art Associations
