With nearly 200 pages, “Nha Trang điểm hẹn” by Dao Thi Thanh Tuyen is a tourist guide book in Vietnamese supplying a lot of useful and interesting information about nature and life of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa.

A guidebook for Nha Trang

As a guidebook, “Nha Trang điểm hẹn” brings readers useful information for their trip to Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa such as means of transport, hotels, tourist sites, tours, food and restaurants. In every destination such as Nha Trang Institute of Oceanography, Bao Dai Villas, The Stone Church, Ponagar Temple, Long Son Pagoda and Chong Rock, the writter go into details of their formation, development history and actuality.

“To make this book, I’ve travelled all destinations again in the city to update their changes for readers”, shared the writter.

Beside information, the writter tells about her experience in the land’s cuisine with many dishes such as  bánh căn, bánh ướt and chả cá, which makes the book more interesting.

Welcomed by locals and tourists

The book “Nha Trang điểm hẹn” was released by Van hoa Van nghe Publishing House in the first quarter of 2013 and introduced in Nha Trang in June. The book has attracted the locals and tourists.

“The book not only supplies tourist information but reminds me images of the city”, said Nguyen Lan Phuong, a local person living in Phuong Sai Ward, Nha Trang.

“In June alone, 50 books “Nha Trang điểm hẹn” by Dao Thi Thanh Tuyen was bought. This is a good figure to a local writter”, revealed Nguyen Thanh Hung, director of Phuong Nam Bookstore in Nha Trang.
