The Central Vietnam Youth Federation in association with The Central Vietnam Student Association has just launched the contest named “Vietnam Miss University 2013”, themed about the beauty of intelligence.
The contest, lasting from July to November 2013, will be a chance for Vietnamese female students to show their talent, intelligence, modern and dynamic lifestyle as well as their elegance, charm, and benevolence.

Candidates are Vietnamese citizens, aged from 18 to 24, studying in the universities, or colleges nationwide, as well as the international universities or colleges in Vietnam.
The preliminary round will be organized in 7 provinces and cities: Hanoi, Thai Nguyen, Da Nang, Buon Me Thuot, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh City, and Can Tho.
The semi-final will be held in Hanoi (the North), Da Nang (the Central), and Ho Chi Minh City (the South).
The final round will take place in Ho Chi Minh City in November.
The total prize includes VND500 million in cash and many valuable gifts.
The winner will receive VND200 million. The two runner-ups will get VND100 million and VND50 million respectively.
Besides, some extra prizes such as Miss Talent, and Miss Friendship and Miss Ao Dai will be awarded VND30 million in cash and valuable gifts each.
The three winners will join a program held by Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee to visit the Spratly Islands in 2014.
Candidates can summit the registration form on July 20 – August 28 directly or via post office at Thanh Giong Intellectual Gate, 64 Ba Trieu St., Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi.
