In order to support and help the poor and the children living in especially difficult circumstances in Khanh Hoa Province, from September 20 to 22, Hoan Vu Joint Stock Company, the copyright holder of Miss Universe Vietnam, associated with Sai Gon Universe Corp and Diamond Bay Resort – Golf & Villa held the charity program accompanying Miss Universe Vietnam – for the poor and the unlucky children in Khanh Hoa. It was not only a meaningful charity activity but also a hallmark of the beauty of community thanks for the attendance of many famous beauties, who used to join Miss Universe, and the golfers through the Charity Golf Tournament and charity auction.
.Three famous beauties Diem Huong, Hoang My and Truong Thi May accompany charity program
The charity program in Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa (September 20-22) was attended by the beauties who recently represented Vietnam in Miss Universe, namely Hoang My, Diem Huong and Truong Thi May. On September 20, the beauties visited and gave gifts to people in Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Sponsor Center where nearly 300 old people, orphans and disabled people are sheltering. They also visited and offered presents to 120 poor households in Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang, saw orphans in Thien Tam charity house in Phuoc Loi Hamlet and paid a visit to 5 families having especially difficult circumstances in Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang City.
“The charity program aims to partly consolidate, encourage and help the unlucky people who are facing many difficulties in society. The program’s representatives are the beauties who have compassion. We hope that their influence and good images will partly raise the charitable spirit of community,” said Nguyen Minh Thinh, Deputy General Director of Diamond Bay Resort & Spa.

The attendance of the beauties showed the beauty of community through charity activities. Diem Huong shared, “It is my wish, proudness and honour joining charity program. I used to do charity activities in many places nationwide. The Khanh Hoa Provincial Social Sponsor Center is a quite good charity place, bringing a better life to old people and unlucky children. I am happy to see them living in such a good condition.”

.Charity golf tournament and charity auction
Within the framework of this charity program is the charity golf tournament which was held at Diamond Bay 18-hole golf course.
The charity golf tournament was joined by around 120 golfers who were businessman from Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, Phan Thiet, Vung Tau, etc.
This golf tournament was an opportunity for golfers to help unlucky people through charity activities. Each golfers donated VND400,000 to the charity fund of the program.

Reportedly, beside the main sponsor Sai Gon Universe Corp, a lot of businesses, organizations and individuals accompanied this charity program, such as Hoan Cau Co. Ltd., Diamond Bay Resort –Golf & Villas, Nam A Bank, Herbalife and Quynh Vy Rice Painting. In addition, there were many other sponsors such as Hoan Cau Nha Trang Co. Ltd., Diamond Bay Resort & Spa, Diamond Bay Golf & Villas, Nam A Bank, Herbalife, California Fitness & Yoga, FGC golf club, Le Hong Phong (staff of Binh Dien Fertilizer Joint Stock Company), Handee, Vietnam Airlines, Vietjet Air, 100-Eggs Mud Bath tourist site, Quynh Vy Rice Painting, Gambrinus beer, Hoa Vien fresh beer and many other units.
Aiming to make the program a long-lasting and prestigious charity fund, a gala night with a charity auction was held in September 21 to raise fund for the program. The auction items were golf membership cards with special card number 777, 888, 999, rice paintings and some items of the beauties.
