Lately, the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Vietnam Post has issued the special stamp set to mark the 40th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between the two countries (August 1, 1973 – August 1, 2013).
Lately, the Ministry of Information and Communications and the Vietnam Post have issued the special stamp set to mark the 40th anniversary of the diplomatic ties between the two countries (August 1, 1973 – August 1, 2013).
At the same time, the Singapore Post also released the joint stamp set.

The stamp set was designed by the two painters Eng Siak Loy (Singapore) and To Minh Trang (Vietnam), featuring 2 typical and rare jungle fowls of Vietnam and Singapore: Grey Peacock Pheasant and Red Jungle Fowl.
The stamp set will be circulated in 192 countries and territories of the Universal Postal Union as well as in over the world.
This is the second time Vietnam Post and Singapore Post have issued the joint stamp set.
