On the occasion of the cultural exchange between Northeast Asian countries and territories and the 250th birthday anniversary of the world's great maestro Beethoven, a special concert will be held by the Vietnam National Symphony Orchestra associated with the ones from other countries and territories such as Japan, Korea, China and Taiwan on December 26 and 27, 2013 at Hanoi Opera House.

The concert is a part of the cultural exchange programs between 6 countries and territories in the Northeast Asia, including Vietnam, Japan, Korea, North Korea, Taiwan and China.
These cultural exchange programs are expected to take place from 2013 to 2020. Vietnam is honored to be the first country to kick off the program.
