Vietnamese photographer wins third prize at Pollux Awards

 Vietnamese photographer Tran Viet Van has just been announced one of the winners at the 6th Pollux Awards held by the Worldwide Gala Photography Awards. 

Vietnamese photographer Tran Viet Van, a reporter from Lao Dong Newspaper, has just been announced one of the winners at the 6th Pollux Awards, the largest  annual  photography contest, held by the Worldwide Gala Photography Awards. 
 
 
 
Accordingly, Van won the third prize of the Editorial and Documentary category with his photo “Memories of Battle”, depicting General Nguyen Duc Huy, former Acting Commander of the Military Region 2, contemplating his set of medals and reminiscing about his comrade-in-arms at his private house.
 
The awarded photos will be exhibited at the Municipal Museum (Spain) in September, 2014.
