Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Information and Communication opened the Vietnam Book Day on April 21 at the provincial Library (10 Tran Hung Dao Street, Nha Trang City).
Present at the event were Nguyen Thi Kieu, Head of the provincial Department of Propaganda and Training, Le Xuan Than, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, formers leaders of Khanh Hoa Province and nearly 300 readers.

On the framework of the Vietnam Book Day, the provincial Library displayed 612 books on themes of President Ho Chi Minh, General Vo Nguyen Giap, Dien Bien Phu Campaign, Ho Chi Minh Campaign, seas and islands. Besides, other activities relating to books were also held, such as exchanges, talks and book discount programs.

On this occasion, the provincial Department of Information and Communication collected and offered over 420 books to the schools in Khanh Son District.
