Khanh Hoa receives recognition certificate of national historical relics for Truong Sa sovereignty steles and memorial site for C235 Ship

On July 17, Khanh Hoa Provincial organized the announcing and receiving ceremony of the national historical relics for the sovereignty steles on Song Tu Tay Island and Nam Yet Island and memorial site for C235 Ship.

Attending the event were Hoang Tuan Anh, Central Party Committee Member, Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Nguyen Chien Thang, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee; Nguyen Duy Bac, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa People’s Committee; and Pham Thanh Hoa, Real Admiral – Political Commissar of the 4th Regional Command.

The 235 Ship Relic (Ninh Van Commune, Ninh Hoa Town, Khanh Hoa Province) is the symbol of the unyieldingness and heroic sacrifice of Captain Nguyen Phan Vinh and soldiers of the 235 Ship in the resistance war against the US.
