British Council’s 2014 UK Film Week will run from September 22 to 28 at CGV Cineplex in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City.
This year’s film festival will celebrate Scotland, the host country of the 2014 Commonwealth Games taking place in Glasgow in early August.

The films to be screened include Sunshine on Leith, Not Another Happy Ending, Ae Fond Kiss, For those in Peril, and Shell.
This festival will also mark the first time the British Council cooperated with YxineFF, a local non-for-profit project supporting young filmmakers, to introduce seven short films by young Vietnamese film makers. Those films will be shown alongside six award-winning Scottish short films.
