On September 21, in Nha Trang City, Khanh Hoa Stamp Association holds the fourth congress, 2014-2019 tenure. Do Ngoc Binh, Chairman of the national Stamp Association attended the event.
Khanh Hoa Stamp Association now has six clubs with nearly 400 members.

At the congress, the executive board of 2014-2019 tenure was selected, including 15 people.
Also on this occasion, Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee gave certificates of merit to one collective and one individual, and Vietnam Stamp Association presented certificates of merit to one collective and four individuals who offered many contributions to provincial Stamp Association.
