The competition opens for both professional and amateur journalisms who have works published on print or online newspapers from October 13, 2004 to September 15, 2014.
Entrants can send their entries to Nha Bao va Cong Luan Newspaper, 4th floor, Building of Vietnam Journalists Association, Duong Dinh Nghe Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi until September 20.
