Three Vietnamese photographs win awards at International Photo Contest

At the International Photo Contest 2014 themed "The children of the world" held by the International Vaccine Institute and Yang Hyun Foundation, three Vietnamese photographs won three out of ten awards. Specifically, photographer Nguyen Dzung bagged silver prize; Duong Quoc Binh and Thanh Lam Ngo were awarded bronze prizes.

The contest, aiming to promote the cultural diversity and universal values of childhood, included three categories: smiling children, children of different cultures and children of developing countries.

All three works of Vietnamese photographs featured the innocent beauty of children in highland areas.

Singlador Jaime of Philippines won grand prize while golden prize and other silver one came to Sudjatnika Taufik (Indonesia) and Ghosh Ray Debashish (India), respectively.
