The contest, running in two year 2013 and 2014, drew the participation of many authors in and outside the country.
23 awards were given to outstanding works in the fields of prose, poet and music.
At the ceremony, the organization board offered awards to authors living in Khanh Hoa and Phu Yen. Earlier, authors in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi had been awarded.
