A water puppet theatre was opened at the Convention Center, 46 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang City on November 12. The water puppet theatre, invested by HKL Trade – Services Co., Ltd, is the first one in the city. Vice-chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee Le Xuan Than attended the opening ceremony.

The 150-seat theatre opens all days of the week to the public. Beside shows of traditional water puppet, the theatre also holds exhibitions on the traditional musical instruments of Vietnamese and Highlands ethnic minorities, ceramic paintings, fine handicrafts articles, etc.
On the opening occasion, the theatre offer free performances on November 13.
