According to the plan recently issued by Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee, Khanh Hoa fine arts award for children will be held annually in order to promote painting activities in and outside the schools; discover and offer training programs for the children who have an aptitude for painting.
The award is organized for children across the province at three age groups: nursery school (under six years old), elementary school (from six to 11 years old), and secondary school (from 12 to 15 years old).
