According to Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the cultural activities to celebrate the Communist Party of Vietnam anniversary and the Lunar New Year 2015 will be abundant in quantity and be associated with the traditional cultural characteristics, including exhibitions, music shows, bai choi festival, unicorn – lion – dragon dances, calligraphy shows, etc.

Numerous exhibitions
From February 1 to 5, a photo exhibition on Khanh Hoa Party Committee will be held by the provincial Museum to celebrate the founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam. Besides, the provincial Museum will also associate with Nha Trang City and some associations and clubs to hold other activities, including photo festival about nation’s spring at Yen Phi Park, display of ornamental plants and stones at the museum’s campus, market of antiques, etc.
The Provincial Cultural Center will hold an exhibition featuring 150 art photos about the beauty and cultural beauty of the land of aloe wood at the beach park (opposite Novotel Nha Trang Hotel).

Hon Chong Club-House will see many other activities held by the provincial Center of Heritage Preservation, such as sand painting display, Cham music shows, pottery and brocade making, photo exhibitions.
On February 2, The Spring Newspaper Festival 2015, co-organized by Khanh Hoa Provincial Museum, the Provincial Journalist Association and the Provincial Department of Information and Communication will open at the provincial Cultural Center.
Abundant arts activities
Reportedly, Hai Dang Song and Dance Troop will have a music program to celebrate the founding anniversary of the Communist Party of Vietnam at the provincial Conference Center (46 Tran Phu Street, Nha Trang City). In addition, the troop will perform in four arts programs at 2-4 Square on Lunar New Year’s Eve, the 3rd, 4th and 6th day of the first lunar month (February 18, 21, 22, 24). The troop will also hold music shows in other localities in the province, especially Khanh Son District and Khanh Vinh District.
From February 20 to 28, the provincial Cultural Center will hold many traditional cultural activities, such as bai choi festival at the beach park (opposite Novotel Nha Trang Hotel), unicorn – lion – dragon dances, kite flying performance (from February 20-22), human chess competition (February 21-23) at 2-4 Square. Besides, the center’s arts group is scheduled to join a music show held at the park opposing Tue Tinh Street, Nha Trang City.
On the occasion of Tet 2015, Khanh Hoa Provincial Traditional Arts Theatre will hold arts shows at 2-4 Square and Ponagar Temple, street art performance at the beach park opposing provincial Museum from February 20 to 23. Apart from these activities, the theatre will organize some other arts shows at Khanh Son District and Khanh Vinh District as well as mobile film-screening programs at the remote areas in the province.
