According to the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Photo festival for young artists will be held nationally for the first time.
The festival will be launched officially in March, 2015 and open for all Vietnamese citizens aged from18 to 35.
The photographers are expected to reflect contemporary issues revolving around the theme “Vietnam’s young generation - integration and development” and “urban lifestyle and modern countryside”.
