Attending the exchange were Truong Minh Tuan, Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Information & Communication, Rear Admiral Dinh Gia That, Political Commissar of the Navy High Command, together with more than 2,000 officers and soldiers of services units.

The program gave an overview of 60-year period of formation, development of Vietnam People’s Navy, memorable historical breakthroughs, resounding victories, simple and emotional historical stories told by some witnesses such as Captain Pham Quoc Hong, Rear Admiral Nguyen Van Tinh and Major-general Hoang Kien.
The exchange also featured many musical items.
