Specifically, the preliminary round will come about in Hanoi and Ho Chi Minh City in August 13-22. The semi-final and final round is slated to take place at the Crown Convention Center of Diamond Bay Nha Trang from September 11 to 15 and from September 29 October 3 respectively.
