The eighth public arts festival for armed force, youth and students – region II will be carried out at Nha Trang City from July 23 to 30.
The festival is organized by the General Political Department (Ministry of Defense) and joined by 23 arts groups (19 military groups and 4 non-military ones) from the provinces and cities in the Central region.
The eighth public arts festival for armed force, youth and students take place in three regions: region I held in Can Tho (April 16-20), region II organized in Nha Trang, region III carried out in Hai Phong (mid September).
