The contest opens for Vietnamese citizens who are living, learning and working in and outside the country; foreigners who are living, learning and working in Vietnam. The entries should be photographs or videos (last no more than 1 minute and 20 seconds). The works need to include notes and titles reflecting the content of the works.
The contest lasts from August 10 to September 28, 2015. Two first prizes, two second prizes and three third prizes will be given to most excellent works. Besides, there will be prizes for week’s winner and prizes for most favored comments.
