Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee has just approved the project on preserving and upholding the Whale Worshipping Ceremony in Khanh Hoa for the 2016-2017 period.
The project aims to preserve the unique traditional cultural value of the ceremony in two aspects: material culture and spiritual culture; propagandize the meaning of the ceremony in order to arouse the sense of pride and responsibility of the public.
