Being aware that in order to attract viewers in the era of information and communication technologies, the television stations have to constantly innovate the content and form of their programs, since the end of 2015, Khanh Hoa Radio - Television Station has planed to improve the programs’ quality. For example, the reporters, editors and cameramen must keep enhancing their professional qualifications; create new programs; change the ways by which the programs are made. Besides, the station has had plans to associate with other units to provide quality programs to the viewers.

Since January 1, 2016, Khanh Hoa Radio - Television Station has broadcast some new programs, including “Nhip song 24/7”, “Ban tin Khoi dong ngay moi”, “Tro chuyen cung bac si”, and “Net dep xu Tram”. These programs have received positive response from the viewers. “Recently, Khanh Hoa Radio - Television Station has many new interesting programs. I especially like “Nhip song 24/7” and “Tro chuyen cung bac si” which provides plenty of useful information about disease prevention and food safety, etc.”, said Nguyen Thi Binh (Phuoc Long Ward, Nha Trang).
According to Tran Minh Thao, Chief of Editing Bureau of Khanh Hoa Radio - Television Station, the station will keep changing some programs; increase highly interactive programs and live reports. The station has been digitizing music from the CD collection in order to open a music program in which song can be played right after the request is made (listeners now need to send request at least one hour prior to broadcast). In addition, the station has been planning to make a program called “Diem den cuoi tuan” (weekend destinations) which will introduce entertainment places to the locals and tourists. Reportedly, this program will be reported live in the form of telecommunication.
In order to improve the programs’ quality, Khanh Hoa Radio - Television Station has made innovations in technical means, human resource and working mechanism. Accordingly, the stations has focused in investing in modern facilities; recruited young and active MCs and reporters. Besides, the station has also commended and rewarded high quality works in order to encourage program producers.
Apart from enriching the quality of programs, Khanh Hoa Radio - Television Station has made solutions to enhance relationship with businesses, increase revenue from advertisements and improve employees’ quality of life. Recently, the station organized a conference on cooperation and development. At the conference, the station officially agreed to become media sponsor for Long Phu Tourist Joint Stock Company and Hai Dao Tourist Joint Stock Company. “The station not only aims to serve the demand for information of audience but also to be an effective promoting channel for the province’s strong points and potential as well as trade name of local businesses,” said Le Anh Vu, Deputy Director of Khanh Hoa Radio - Television Station.
