Khanh Hoa Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has just held a scientific seminar on preserving and upholding villages' traditional culture in connection with new rural construction in Khanh Hoa. Attending the seminar were Associate Professor – PhD Nguyen Van Tiep (Ho Chi Minh City University of Social Sciences and Humanities), Associate Professor – PhD Nguyen Ngoc Thanh (Institute of Anthropology), cultural researchers and managers from the localities in the province.
