The festival's closing ceremony, held at Khanh Hoa Provincial Conference Center, were attended by Truong Hoa Binh, Politburo Member, Deputy Prime Minister; Vo Van Phuong, Central Party Committee Member, Deputy Chief of Central Department of Propaganda and Training; Nguyen The Ky, Central Party Committee Member, Director of the Radio of the Voice of Vietnam (VOV); Nguyen Tan Tuan, Permanent Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation of Khanh Hoa Province; Le Duc Vinh, Deputy Secretary of Khanh Hoa Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Vice-Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee.

At the ceremony, the organization board gave 13 gold medals, 47 silver ones, 78 bronze ones and 58 certificates of merit. Khanh Hoa Radio – Television Station was awarded one gold medal and three silver ones. Besides, VOV in association with the Ministry of Defense, Vietnam General Confederation of Labor and Vietnam Electricity offered prizes to the works themed on the soldiers of people’s army, electricity and life, workers and labor union.
