Uncle Ho memorial site to become place for traditional education

On June 7, Nguyen Dac Tai, Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, visited the Uncle Ho memorial site of Bui Xuan Phuoc's family (Phuoc Tan Hamlet, Phuoc Dong Commune, Nha Trang City).

The memorial site is on an area of around 2,000m2, started to be built in1997 and put into operation in 2001. The site comprises Uncle Ho temple, reading room, monument to sappers of Region V, lotus lake, and other works, etc. About 100 objects, documents and photographs of Uncle Ho are displayed at this memorial site.
In order to uphold effectively the value of Uncle Ho memorial site, Nguyen Dac Tai directed that Nha Trang City associates with the education industry and youth union to organize extracurricular activities at the memorial site with the support from the provincial Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, aiming to educate young generation about the tradition.
 
Nguyen Dac Tai also asked Nha Trang City commend Bui Xuan Phuoc for his efforts in following the moral example of President Ho Chi Minh.
