This program is the beginning activity of the series of cultural and art activities celebrating Lunar New Year 2017. The following programs of the provincial Center of Culture include “đờn ca tài tử” (traditional improvisational chamber music) performance, music and fashion show, “bài chòi” (Vietnam’s traditional art form) festival, and so on.
