The 2017 Spring Newspaper Festival of Khanh Hoa Province closed at the provincial Cultural Center on February 7. During the festival, 5,000 publications of about 400 newspapers and magazines were displayed. After the festival, all exhibited publications are given to people on Spratly Island District, local libraries and cultural centers.
At the closing ceremony, the festival’s organizers offered awards to ten journalists who had excellent works and gave certificates to the individuals and units to honor their contributions to the festival.
