InterContinental Nha Trang holds Culin'Art event

The 2017 Culin'Art exhibition opened at Intercontinental Nha Trang on March 11, showcasing ten paintings created by English artist Bridget March throughout four years travelling around Vietnam.

An afternoon tea with dishes made by Vietnamese Czech Chef Khanh Nguyen is also an apart of the exhibition. Bridget March’s paintings featuring the landscapes of the North, Central and South of Vietnam are the inspiration for Chef Khanh Nguyen to make the dishes with the ingredients and spices of the three regions.

At the exhibition, Bridget March also introduced her two books named “A Week in  Hoi An” and “A Summer in Sapa”.
 
This has been the third time InterContinental Nha Trang organizing Culin’Art exhibition, following the first and second exhibition displaying the artworks of photographic artist Thiery Beyne (2015) and Réhahn Croquevielle (2016).
