The exhibition displays 107 paintings, photos, maps, etc. about the sovereignty of Vietnam over the Spratly and Paracel Archipelagos. Some of the outstanding exhibited objects are 21 official documents of Nguyen dynasty, from Minh Mang dynasty (1820 - 1840) to Bao Dai dynasty (1925 - 1945); maps and atlases (17th – 20th century), photos and documents (before 1975), relating to Vietnam’s sovereignty over the islands. The images of Vietnamese civilians and soldiers who are living and working on the Spratly Islands are also featured.
The exhibition ends on April 15.
