On May 7, Khanh Hoa Provincial Department of Culture and Sports organized awarding ceremony of the 2017 Khanh Hoa’s Fine Arts Awards for Children. An exhibition of the awards also opened on the same day.

The 2017 Fine Arts Awards for Children of Khanh Hoa was run over the province from October 5, 2016 to February 28, 2017. This year’s awards received 54,527 entries from 446 units, which was 2,175 entries and 22 units more compared to 2016.

At the ceremony, the organization committee gave collective prizes to nine units; 75 gold prizes, 75 silver prizes, 75 bronze prizes, and 150 consolation prizes to individuals.
Some most outstanding paintings were selected to display at the province’s Children House.

On this occasion, the provincial People’s Committee and provincial Department of Culture and Sports offered certificates of merit to collectives which actively contributed to the 2017 awards.
