The Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2017 includes many interesting cultural and entertaining activities held by Viet Event Com., Ltd.
As planned, the 2017 Sea Festival of Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa will take place in June 10-13 with around 50 activities of culture, sports and tourism. In addition to the main activities (opening and closing ceremony, street art festival, etc.), there are numerous programs held by the enterprises by socialized funds. Viet Event Com., Ltd. is the unit registering the largest number of activities. Among them are the ones which have never been organized at the previous sea festivals.

As said by Tran Thi Thu Huong, Director of Viet Event Co., Ltd., a film making contest by smart phones named “Breath of the Sea” will be jointly held by the company and Vietnam Advertising Association on June 11. Expectedly, the contest will be joined by ten Vietnamese teams and six foreign teams. The teams, containing two members each, will be provided air ticket, hotel room in Nha Trang and equipment to take part in the contest. Huong added, “Many domestic and international teams applied for the contest. We have selected two teams from Korea and Malaysia. The list of participants will be finalized on May 31.”
“Flying with Nha Trang” competition aims to stimulate the creativeness of participants. From June 1 to 11, ten participating teams will film a 30-second video about the tourism of Vietnam in general and Nha Trang sea in particular. The organization committee will support part of the expenses needed.
Reportedly, the jury of the two competitions will include Vietnamese journalist Lai Van Sam, Nguyen Truong Son - Standing Vice-Chairman and Secretary-General of Vietnam Advertising Association, and Ralf Matthaes - founder and Managing Director of Infocus Mekong Research.
Besides, Viet Event Co., Ltd. will hold many interactive activities such as “I love Nha Trang” make-up game, “Taking selfies with Nha Trang” contest, beer festival, and folk games. The beer festival will feature Vietnam’s largest beer bottle, 12 meters tall, and will see the performances of some Vietnamese famous singers and DJs.
“We organize these activities with the hope that locals and tourists can really enjoy the atmosphere of the sea festival and become a part of it,” said Le An Nhung, representative of Viet Event Co., Ltd.
Le Quy Duong, director of the main programs of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2017 highly appreciated the ideas of Viet Event Co., Ltd. He believes that these new activities will partly help to popularize the beautiful beach city as well as coastal province effectively.
