Nha Trang holds exhibition themed "President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam's sea and islands"

The Khanh Hoa Provincial Cultural Center opened an exhibition themed "President Ho Chi Minh and Vietnam's sea and islands" at the beach park, Nha Trang City on May 16.

At the exhibition, 90 photographs and documents about President Ho Chi Minh, sea and islands of Vietnam are displayed. The visitors can see the photos of Uncle Ho visiting and encouraging the soldiers and civilians living and working on the islands of Hai Phong City, Quang Ninh Province and Thanh Hoa Province; Uncle Ho’s letter, written on August 5, 1965, complimenting the soldiers of Vietnam People’s Navy on their achievements; Uncle Ho’s manuscript praising the soldiers on Con Co Island in 1968, and so on.

 

 

 
Additionally, the exhibition includes 20 photos featuring the beauty of Vietnam’s sea and islands; some documents and maps on Vietnam’s sea and islands, such as Law of the sea of Vietnam, United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea of 1982, and the sea areas in Vietnam.

 

 
The exhibition ends on May 22.
