Taking part in the contest are 15 teams of two, in which three teams are from Malaysia. The theme of the contest is “The messages from the sea”. Within 24 hours, the contestants need to make a 30-second promotional video by smart phones about the nature, landscape, culture and people in Nha Trang.

The films will be posted on the contest’s fan page and will be voted by the public and judged by the jury.
There will be one jury prize and one audience prize. The jury prize will be presented to the winner at the closing ceremony of Nha Trang – Khanh Hoa Sea Festival 2017, held at 2-4 Square on June 13.
