Painter Ngo Thai Binh of Khanh Hoa was given consolation prize at the South Central and Highlands Fine Arts Open Exhibition held in Binh Dinh in August 13-20, according to painter Tran Ha, Deputy Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial Association of Literature and Arts.
The exhibition, jointly held by Binh Dinh Provincial Department of Culture and Sports, Binh Dinh Provincial Federation of Cultural and Art Associations and Vietnam Fine Arts Association, displays 203 paintings, graphics, applied fine art and installation art works, etc. of 196 artists from the provinces and cities in the South Central and Highlands. Khanh Hoa has 13 works of 13 artists being exhibited.

At this exhibition, the Art Council of Vietnam Fine Arts Association gave three B prizes, two C prizes and seven consolation prizes to the artists.
