The festival was organized by Dak Nong Provincial People’s Committee and Vietnam Association of Photographic Artists, themed “Country, people in the South Central and Highlands”. More than 150 fine-art photos were displayed at the festival. Finally, The organization committee gave awards to 15 photos and three collectives.
