Art tour around Nha Trang

Aiming to introduce Vietnam’s arts and Nha Trang artists to the tourists, The Anam Resort (Cam Ranh City) associates with The Rainbow Gallery, the first art gallery in Nha Trang, to build an art tour around Nha Trang.

 

The art tour will last seven hours, starting from The Anam Resort at 1:30pm every day and ending with a dinner at a local famous seafood restaurant. The artists joining the tour include husband and wife of painters Tran Thi Bao Tran and Luu Thanh Qua, painter Nguyen Huu Bai, painter Dang Hiep, painter Le Huynh, painter Bui Trung Chinh (who makes aluminum embossed paintings), and sculptor Doan Xung Hung. 

 

The tour will provide the tourists a chance to visit the galleries and houses of many famous artists in Nha Trang, helping the tourists to learn more about Vietnam as well as Vietnamese people through the paintings. Besides, the tourists and local artists will have chance to exchange about arts and life.

 

 

Especially, in December 26-29, The Anam Resort will hold a program named “Garden of artists” where the visitors can stroll around the resort garden, contemplating paintings and talk with the local artists while they are working.

 

“Nha Trang has already been well-known for its beach, islands, seafood and Ponagar Temple. The city will be famous for arts too. We hope that we can contribute to promote the local arts,” said Anam Herbert Laubichler-Pichler, General Manager of The Anam Resort.

 

The Anam Resort with its stunning views is located on the northern of Cam Ranh Peninsular; has been in operation for more than seven months.
